BitGo’s business continuity and disaster recovery plan includes measures in response to pandemics. BitGo’s policies and procedures to maintain business operations were designed and implemented with resilience and business continuity in mind and are reviewed and tested annually. The company’s business operations are not dependent on any specific geographic location and are designed so they can be performed by individuals located across multiple locations in the U.S., as well as internationally.

We stand by our commitment to our Service Level Agreement and are not experiencing any negative impact at this time. BitGo will continue to assess and take proactive measures as necessary.
